Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming educational management by enhancing administrative efficiency, optimizing resource allocation and enabling personalized learning, which acts as a catalyst for national development through improved human capital. By integrating AI in planning, data analysis, and decision making, institutions can boost competitiveness reduce operational costs, and foster sustainable development. This paper explores the role of AI in educational management, high lighting its applications, benefits, and challenges. It examines how AI can improve administrative tasks, student outcomes and decision-making processes, ultimately contributing to national development. The paper concludes by discussing the need for policymakers, administrators and educators to develop AI enabled strategies that foster a digitally transformed education system, equipping citizens with the skills required for a rapidly changing world.
